2011 December Edith River Flood Event
This page has been created to provide access to all data and metadata held by NRETAS Water Monitoring Group relevant to the December 2011 Fergusson River Catchment event associated with Tropical Cyclone Grant.

NOTE: Validated data is now available for G8140008, G8140152 and G8140157. Data for G8140060 is currently being processed and data provided here is is considered raw, un-validated and un-corrected.
Cyclone Grant in December 2011 brought record flows to the Fergusson River Catchment that includes the tributaries of the Cullen River and Edith River.
NRETAS’ Water Monitoring Group operates four river gauge stations in the catchment located on the Cullen River, Edith River and two on the Fergusson River as shown on the map.
Due to the magnitude of the event all four stations were damaged but continued recording throughout the event.
